Pre-order Terms
Occasionally we offer preorders to customers to purchase and secure items before they come into stock.
These will be clearly labelled as “Pre-orders.
Pre-order Processing Time
All pre-order items will have an approximate date on when they are due to arrive in our warehouse.
Your items will be shipped out as soon as they arrive.
If there are any delays with stock arrivals from our suppliers, this will be communicated to you.
Cancelling a Pre-order, or Product Cancellations from the Supplier
Should you wish to cancel order, we are happy to provide store credit towards other products.
Changed you mind and want to swap for something else? Easy! Reach out to us!
Unfortunately, we can’t give refunds on pre-ordered products.
If a manufacturer/supplier cancels a product for any reason, a full refund will be given.
